  • Any resale or attempt to resale bookings at a higher price than booked will result in your orders being cancelled without prior notification.
  • Some events or venues have age restrictions, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded so please ensure the intended user's of the tickets meet any restrictions before you book.
  • The right to admission to any place or event is reserved by the promoter.
  • Exetercoaches.co.uk will not offer any refund to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a place or event for any reason.
  • It is the always the customer’s responsibility to check that an event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.
  • Exetercoaches.co.uk cannot guarantee that they will inform the customer of any changes to the event date, time and venue.
  • Exetercoaches.co.uk reserves the right to change or cancel coaches if required due to operational circumstances.
  • Exetercoaches.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances including traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns.
  • If a coach departure point or time has to be changed, exetercoaches.co.uk will notify passengers by phone, e-mail or in writing.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the journey is going ahead at the scheduled time and place.
  • It always remains the customer’s responsibility to check that the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.
  • Exetercoaches.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings on a coach.
  • In order to avoid fraud, you may be asked to provide additional information in order to verify your booking.
  • Exetercoaches.co.uk will always comply with any data protection that is currently in force, and will not share your personnel information for any purpose without your consent unless if required by law.
